This website, with the domain www.starshop.mk, owned by Star Shop DOO Skopje, with headquarters at Slavey Planina Br. 86 1010, Skopje, is a service created for users in order to enable search, comparison and/or purchase of products and services. As a visitor and user, we inform you that the use of the contents of the site, as well as the transactions made, are subject to certain conditions and rules, which we ask you to read carefully before using the site www.starshop.mk. Star Shop assumes no responsibility if the user has not read the terms and conditions of use and purchase.
General conditions
By visiting or purchasing through our website, you must agree to the conditions listed below, the right to change depending on conditions and needs is reserved without prior notice to site users. Star Shop DOO Skopje does not take responsibility if the user of the site has not read the publicly available information and conditions from this site. If you do not agree with the General Terms and Conditions of this page, simply do not use it.

Terms and conditions of purchase
The prices of all products on www.starshop.mk are expressed in Denars including VAT.
The buyer can choose one or more products, as well as a package of products from the offer of Star Shop. The buyer can cancel, add or correct the order at any time, before making the final payment. Registration is not mandatory for the realization of the order, but during the order, the contact data, as well as the delivery address, are mandatory. After completing the order, you will be sent an e-mail to the address you specified, for confirmation of the reservation of the order. In case of possible technical problems or errors with the website, Star Shop has the right to refuse the order or stop the purchase process, and we are not obliged to make any compensation, except for the return of the funds paid by the buyer.
You can make the purchase with the following payment cards, issued by any bank: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro (only if there is a CVV2/CVC code on the background of the card), and the payment is made through our partner HALK BANKA AD Skopje

Product delivery policy
You can make the purchase through our website from any part of the world, but we can only carry out the delivery on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. All products will be delivered to the delivery address that you must provide when creating the order. You can also surprise your loved ones and request delivery to their address, specifying their address as the delivery address.
The delivery period depends on the delivery location. In accordance with our capabilities, the product will be delivered to you in the shortest possible time. Star Shop reserves the right to extend the delivery period in a previous agreement with the buyer. Delivery is done through our delivery service or through external partners. Delivery is not made on Saturdays after 3 pm, on Sundays and public holidays.
Before the delivery of the product, the buyer will be contacted by phone, on the phone number left for contact, to confirm the date and time of delivery.
If the order is placed after 4:00 p.m., it will be checked by us on the next working day, and after receiving confirmation of the successful transaction-payment, the delivery period begins. If the order is made on Friday after 4 pm, Saturday, Sunday or on a non-working day, this procedure starts from the first following working day. The delivery time does not include weekends and non-working days.
The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer. Each buyer is obliged, upon receiving the product, to check it for possible damages during transport, and if it is a question of several products, to check whether any product is missing. If the product is delivered damaged, or a certain product is missing from the order, the buyer should inform us immediately, how we would take measures to remove the accidental error.
In case the buyer wants to return the product, through no fault of ours or the fault of the supplier, and wants a refund of the amount paid for the product, then the shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount. If the buyer wants to replace the product, he is obliged to keep it undamaged, unpacked and unused together with all the attached documents. If there is a delay in delivery by the company that is hired to carry out the delivery, Star Shop cannot assume any responsibility.
Receipt of products
The product/s are delivered to the front door of the house, that is, to the entrance of a residential building. At the moment of receipt of the product/s, you are obliged to inspect them and immediately complain about possible external damage to the product/s. Any complaint should be addressed to the customer support phone number and to the person who makes the delivery, otherwise all subsequent complaints regarding external damage to the product/s will not be accepted. Along with the receipt of the product/s, you must also receive accompanying documentation consisting of: user manual, warranty card, invoice-shipping, which you are obliged to sign.
Return and exchange of products
The buyer has the right to return a purchased product within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product being returned is in the same physical condition in which it was delivered, unpacked and unused, with all the labels and markings that it had upon receipt. The funds will be returned to the same bank account that you used when paying for the product. According to the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to replace the product that is of adequate quality and does not match in terms of shape, size, model, color or number. The consumer can exercise the right within 15 days from the day the product was purchased. Replacement of the product with appropriate quality is carried out if the product has not been used, if the appearance of the product, useful properties, seals, factory labels, as well as the fiscal invoice or Invoice-shipping that were issued to the consumer together with the product have been preserved. If at the time of submission of the request by the consumer, the merchant does not have a suitable product (a product that will meet his needs), the consumer has the right of his choice to request to terminate the contract and to request the return of the paid amount.
